Nebraska 2026 Risk Watch: Goss’s Wilt

Nebraska falls within one of the strongest Goss’s Wilt risk areas shown in the EarthOptics 2026 Predictive Ag Report. Goss’s Wilt is a major foliar disease in corn and differs from most foliar pathogens because it is bacterial, meaning fungicides are not an effective first-line defense. Resistant hybrids, residue management, and crop rotation are key considerations.

For a clearer picture of risk on your acres, we suggest field-level testing.

"The biological products conversation has shifted. The question is not really ""does this product work?"" It is ""where will this product have the most impact on my acres?""

Soil conditions change across a field. So does the biology that those products are supposed to interact with. Better placement, not blanket application, is where the value is showing up.

The USDA Regenerative Pilot Program is a $700M carve-out within EQIP and CSP, paying landowners for conservation practices. Applications get approved this fall.

The reason most service providers are not helping with it, well, it's complicated, literally! The program requires a certified Technical Service Provider, an NRCS Qualified Individual, and a specific sampling protocol. The good news is, this is exactly what we are built for.

We are your point of contact through the program lifecycle and we're here to make it simple.

Early growth is a good time to ask better nutrient questions. What is the soil supplying? Where is variability starting to show up? Which acres need a closer look? TruNutrient helps bring field-level fertility insight into those conversations.

As you begin fall planning, here are three things worth knowing about SCN.

Weeds matter more than you may think. Over 100 w**d species can host SCN, so even crop rotations can keep populations active even when soybeans are out of the ground.

Pressure varies widely across a single field, which is why a whole-field average can hide the zones doing real yield damage. Identify soil risks with EarthOptics TruBio before choosing your crop protection.

Illinois + Indiana + Ohio 2026 Risk Watch: Gray Leaf Spot

Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio sit along the eastern side of the Gray Leaf Spot corridor identified in the EarthOptics 2026 Predictive Ag Report. The map shows GLS pressure extending from eastern South Dakota through Iowa and Illinois into Indiana and Ohio, pointing to favorable mid-season humidity and extended leaf wetness across the central and eastern Corn Belt.

Money is tight, and margins are slim. Now more than ever, it's important to find additional income or deductions for your land. Let us introduce you to three revenue streams that you can take advantage of.

Fertility tax credits -. Our customers have seen $1,000+ per acre on farmland and $500+ per acre on rangeland due to the fertility in your soil.

Regenerative Pilot Program - which has $700M allocated to pay landowners for conservation practices (funding ends this fall).

Soil Carbon - Our trusted partners pay you for the carbon stored in your soil.

Three programs that pay. We handle the measurements and paperwork, and you get all the benefits.

A clean rotation year does more for SCN management than a lot of growers realize. A w**dy one can quietly undo the benefit.
