Moo & Buddy originally came through Pit Squad Rescue and were adopted through us. ❤️ Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of their control, they are now in need of a new home.

We’re really hoping to find a home willing to keep Moo & Buddy together. These two absolutely adore each other, and while we’re still determining if they are truly bonded, Moo especially seems very attached to her Buddy. 🥹❤️

🐶 Moo
Moo is a sweet girl who loves people, but she is reactive toward other dogs — Buddy is her exception. She is healthy, comfortable in her crate, and goes in without a problem when left home.

🐶 Buddy
Buddy is a laid-back, easygoing guy who loves people and is very sweet. He is also comfortable being crated, although he doesn’t necessarily need to be. Buddy does have allergies and takes Apoquel, and his current owner has offered to help with the cost of his future prescriptions. ❤️

Together, these two have a really special relationship. Moo LOVES her Buddy, and we would love nothing more than to find someone willing to open their heart and home to BOTH of them.

Because Moo is reactive toward other dogs, we’re looking for a home where Moo & Buddy can be the only dogs.

Braxton 🐾 update

We wanted to give everyone a quick update on Braxton.

Right now, our main focus is simply letting him decompress, settle in, and adjust to his new surroundings. He’s been through a lot, so we’re taking things slow and giving him the time and space he needs.

We have noticed a few behaviors that we’d like to better understand, so we’ll be scheduling a professional behavioral assessment to help us create the best plan moving forward and set him up for success.

Braxton also has an upcoming veterinary appointment so we can develop a treatment plan for the mast cell tumor on his foot. We’ll know more after that appointment and will keep everyone updated.

Thank you to everyone who has been following his journey, cheering him on, and supporting him. We appreciate every single one of you and will continue to share updates as we learn more about what’s next for Braxton. ❤️🐾

Update : Jon Sheehy still needs all the support him and Shara can get- he is still in hospital with slowly but surely hopeful updates !!!

🎉🎂 EVERYONE HELP US WISH LAILA A VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! 🎂🎉

Laila jumped into the Adoption Coordinator role head first and hasn’t looked back! 🐾❤️ But she definitely doesn’t stop there — she gets heavily involved with our events and is always willing to jump in wherever else she’s needed.

We are so grateful for the time, energy, and heart she gives to Pit Squad and, most importantly, to our dogs. 🐶💙

💔 11 Weeks. 2 Days. Still Waiting.

For 11 weeks and 2 days, Praline has been in home boarding waiting for someone to give her the chance she deserves.

She’s safe, but this isn’t a home. She deserves a family, a couch to curl up on, and people to love her—not another week of waiting.

Praline is looking for an experienced foster or adopter.
