Love how this Ash turned out. We did a slight raise + thinned the entire outer canopy— tedious and time consuming, but worth it!

A grateful heart has nothing to do with circumstance 👇🏼
It's been one of those seasons where it seems not much is going right. There is PLENTY of things that aren't going the way I'd like. The schedule isn't as full as I'd like + money is flying out the door faster than it's coming in just to name a couple things.
We have two choices in a season of challenge. We can sit in self pity and roll over to life. Super not fun. Or, we can start by being grateful for what's going well.
- I'm thankful our equipment is running well
- I'm thankful for the fall weather
- I'm thankful for my wife + my son
- I'm thankful to have genuine + real community
But what I am most thankful for is for Jesus- the steadfast anchor of my soul. His love is immovable and unchanging. His love for me is not based on my success or my failure.
What a promise that simply because I love him, he turns everything for my good. Romans 8:28
Didn’t even capture most of this project on video, but a BEAUTY of a day for some tree work none the less 🌳

Finishing off the week by doing some painting on our new (to us 😂) chip truck! Got the box done. More to come on that in a bit.
Have a great weekend everyone 🌳
We’ve been busy with work as well as building a new (to us) chip truck that will be revealed soon 👀
For now, yet another Ash tree coming down
Another crane day in the books🌳
