B-Validation is proud to stand with Amazon workers from JFK8 in Staten Island, New York- who recently voted to unionize and form the Amazon Labor Union. The organization movement was lead by Interim President Chris Smalls from within, by education and outreach to former co-workers after his wrongful termination.
Hear us discuss this and other topics in-depth on the B-Validation Podcast launching this week on Apple Music and Spotify.

Today, we are proud to launch B-VALIDATION! , a new political action committee.
Too often, Black and Brown communities in Minnesota and across the country are forced to choose between unfamiliar, outsourced, or downright disingenuous candidates. We need leaders who actually care to center the issues that matter to us, not ones who play into the debates that are meant to divide us.
Our mission is simple: to reclaim the validation of our issues and our leaders. We can do this by making sure that candidates running for office are:
• REAL – to listen to their constituencies (our neighbors, our families, US!) and fight hard for what we care about,
• READY – that they understand the racial, cultural, and historical contexts that it takes to lead black communities, and
• VALID – by supporting them by using our hands, our feet, and our voices to make sure that the world knows...this candidate represents our interests and is BLACK VALIDATED.
