THE POWER IS IN THE ORIGIN 💪🇨🇴
The Cauca region is recognized worldwide for producing some of Colombia’s finest coffees ☕
Why? Its volcanic soils, perfect altitude, and ideal climate create the perfect conditions for exceptional coffee 🌋
But most importantly: the indigenous Nasa families who cultivate it with ancestral techniques and love for the land ❤️
Every cup of Cafecito Power carries centuries of tradition and knowledge 🙌

This is Jackie Liz, Ana’s daughter( yes, the same Ana you’ve seen on our coffee bags ).

Her family in Tierradentro, Cauca, keeps upgrading their drying station. For the Nasa community, every improvement is about more than coffee it’s about tradition, resilience, and building a stronger future.

Every step they take back home gives you more power in every sip. That’s the energy behind Cafecito Power ⚡☕.

Stay tuned till the end to see how the drying station looked before 👀

This past Saturday at we hosted a coffee tasting and demo with our community.

We shared what makes Cafecito Power special: the volcanic soil, the Nasa families in Cauca who grow each bean with care, and the clean process that brings that flavor all the way to Minnesota.

Neighbors gathered to smell the beans, taste fresh brews, and connect with the stories behind every cup.

Because for us, coffee is not just a drink it’s a bridge between cultures, families, and community.

Good coffee is for everyone.

Last time at Uptown Farmers Market I got these incredible photos taken by Debra Van De Weghe () with our three Cafecito Power bags.

And I want to take the chance to tell you about them… Each bag was designed by Duvas Ramírez ( ), a Colombian artist. Together we created something incredible inspired by the unexpected beauty of nature and the wild life of Cauca. Every bag is more than coffee packaging… it’s a work of art.

Today we’ll be back at Uptown Farmers Market, stop by, grab a bag, and connect with the energy of the Nasa community people that makes this possible.

What makes Cafecito Power unique isn’t only the mountains or the altitude. It’s the joy, heritage, and care of the families behind it.

This bag was inspired by Ana, one of the women from Tierradentro, Cauca, but it represents the strength and diversity of all Colombian coffee growers.

Every cup you enjoy carries their spirit and we are proud to honor them.

Meet Blanquita. Coffee Farmer. Nasa woman. Energy in motion.

Blanquita and her husband Reynel grow and harvest Caturra coffee in the Pillamu Indigenous Reservation, nestled in the highlands of Tierradentro, Cauca, Colombia.

Their work, rooted in tradition and respect for the land, is the source of the energy you taste in every cup of Cafecito Power.

We’re proud to work directly with families like Blanquita’s — no middlemen, no shortcuts. Just real, clean coffee, cultivated by the hands of the Nietos del Trueno (Grandchildren of the Thunder) and Hijos del Agua (Children of the Water).

Every sip you take fuels this connection. From their mountains to your mug — this is power with a purpose.
