This here vodka is brand new to us today, and we are really excited about it!

Made in Querétaro, MX with white corn and finished with toasted blue corn straight from the comal, this vodka tastes exactly like sweet corn, roasty notes, and cacao. Come let us make something cool with it for you to enjoy on our patio.

Technically, Chartreuse day is Saturday but we didn't want to wait that long. Come in for two special cocktails or some neat pours of whatever this stuff is in all of these bottles.

Well, we quietly launched a new menu again last week. Was it a quiet launch on purpose? Let's just pretend it was instead of our usual social media ineptitude 🤡.

This menu is full of summery bangers. All of them vastly different from each other and all incredibly wild and delicious.

Take this thing for instance. It's called "Typecast". It's got pisco and mango and pistachio and it tastes like all of those things just enough. Come hang on the patio today and browse the new menu with a friend or something.

This is the last week to try most of this menu, so hurry up, come on down!

In preparation for the new menu, and also because we’re all going to Powderhorn, we will be CLOSED this Sunday. We are sorry, southside fun and friendship takes priority.

Let us make it up to you on Monday with a special garage sale. Every menu cocktail will be $10*! This is a kill-the-keg type of a party, so once we run out of something it will be gone forever. Who knows, we might actually make it a garage sale and sell stuff from our basement too.

Rainy days are good for sipping delicious Mexican spirits. Good news for you, we finally got this in!

This batch of 100% Cuishe Bolita (a. Rhodachantha) is extremely cool and one of a kind as it was made 100% from plants seeded from Real Minero’s Proyecto LAM garden. This batch was 37 liters, with half going to our friends  and a VERY limited amount going to  .
