Desert Dream Rescue

Hello Desert Dream Rescue followers, I know i been oweing a update for some time so here we go FINALLY!

Life been crazy as usual but I wanted to update on a few things!

First gesula had a baby boy with big floppy ears and hes adorable! I'm hoping to send both to a sanctuary soon!

On the Tangs, OMG they have done AMAZING! I know some will remember it was hard to earn Freedom trust and break the trauma but WE DID IT with help of course!

Even though my haters made it extremely difficult finding a trainer to train her and Spirit, I had found one by the grace of GOD who DID NOT fall in the horse community nor believe gossip of any kind, actually he was a boarder, I had a email put out asking for help and there he was, he had 2 Mustangs himself with the last one dying last year, hes been working with our two over a year, these kids lunge, get their feet filed and lifted, get haltered, brushed down stuff I could not do before because of the abuse Freedom had suffered!

BIG CHANGES and we owe it to our fabulous trainer and his wife who love working with the kids, I'll try and post pics soon!

So they are doing VERY good im VERY happy,

Lollypop was found the end of last month in town in bad shape, she was taken to animal control for the 5 days then went to a rescue!

When found she was matted all over, had a cough, sneezing, hard to breath, sores all over and really bad teeth! She was 15, wouldn't eat or drink!

We were so happy when animal control did not euthanize her because we had hoped to adopt her!

We called everyday and finally found what rescue she went to, we visited her and thought she pull through, she looked really good, the rescue cleaned her up nicely!

Yesterday I got the call she couldn't stand, eat nor drink, she was having seizures too!

It was time to send her over the rainbow bridge! She was in heart failure and had fluid around her lungs!

Her owner absolutely dropped the ball on her as she had to be like this for years!

Lolly passed peacefully and she's fine now but our hearts are broken for her!

Many think owning pets are easy but it's not especially if you dont have the funds!

We miss you Lolly
