JD RV was voted Best of the Carson Valley for the third year in a row! 🏆
To receive this recognition once was an honor. To have your support three years in a row truly means more to us than we can put into words.
From our entire JD RV team, thank you for supporting our small local business.
We’re so proud to be part of this community.
Thank you, Carson Valley. 💙💛

Two years ago, this was our office.
A plastic camping table, a few camp chairs, and a notebook full of ideas for what we hoped this shop would become.
We opened the doors to our service shop with a whole lot of excitement, a little bit of nerves, and no idea just how much would change in such a short time.
Since then, we’ve grown our team, taken on some incredible projects, met so many great people, and had the privilege of helping a whole lot of RVers Adventure More!
And somehow, just two years later… one shop has turned into two. 💙
Our original service shop will continue to be home to everything you know us for... Custom off-grid installations, fun upgrades, and more... While the next chapter of JD RV is getting started right next door with our new RV sales showroom.
We’re incredibly grateful for everyone who has trusted us, recommended us, supported us, and helped us grow over the years.
We definitely don’t take any of it for granted.
Here’s to two years in the shop… and thankfully, slightly better office furniture. 😅
⚡This tiny Lance 1575 is hiding a BIG Off-Grid Upgrade ⚡
We packed a ton of capability into this little trailer:
❄️24+ Hours of A/C potential
🛡️EMF shielding
🛜Remote system access
..Just to name a few!

This is the kind of build quality you don’t notice until something needs to be repaired.
Jordan shows one of the small details in Lance construction that makes a BIG difference... Components are installed with future serviceability in mind.
That means faster repairs, less labor, less damage getting to the problem, and ultimately less money out of the customer’s pocket.

No Rabid Beavers were used in the making of our Lance Travel Trailers.... 😂

What does a Praying Mantis on the door handle of our new RV Dealership mean? 🤔
Jordan explains why we actually prefer old-school rocker switches over the touchscreen control systems showing up in so many RVs today.
A bad rocker switch? Usually a cheap, quick repair.
A failed touchscreen? That can mean a much bigger repair bill... and potentially a ruined camping trip while you wait for diagnosis & parts.
Touchscreens look cool, but when we evaluate an RV, we care a lot more about reliability, serviceability, and keeping you on the road.

The first two Lance Travel Trailers look so tiny in the new showroom. 😅
