So, some pretty cool news over here. self published a book of poetry and I had the honor of illustrating! And that’s not even the cool part, all of the proceeds are going towards two really cool organizations (Running Rebels, and Walkers Point Youth and Family Center) in Milwaukee! You can go to his page and read all the details about it, but I figured I’d post some sneak peaks on my page of some of the illustrations you could expect to see. I also posted a link in my bio for anyone interested in purchasing either the ebook or the physical copy! (You can also preview 8 of the pages.) Anyways guys, we’re all out here doing what we can, I love you all! @ Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Went and saw my friends and fam in Texas for a week. Feeling reenergized as a person. I need a good open world video game to play. @ Madison, Wisconsin

Alright, so here’s something I’ve learned during quarantine. It’s very hard for me to be productive artistically while confined to my house. Before all of this, I would have to leave my house and go to a coffee shop to get anything done. There are too many distractions at home, and being somewhere that required me to sit in one spot and not move was immensely helpful, but no one is stopping me from doing 15 things at once right now. I guess I’m feeling some guilt because I’ve been given all this free time to work on illustrating, but I’m having a lot of trouble. Setting timers for myself to designate time to one task doesn’t help because what’s the timer going to do if I get up and do something else? Is anyone else having trouble focusing?

Time for a sappy one year post. I’ll try to keep it short, but it’s just so insane to me to look back and think about what I thought my life would be like a year ago when I got here, and how it ended up being so much more than I had expected. I’ve met so many people that I absolutely love, and Milwaukee already feels like home to me. is the biggest gem anyone could find in their life, and I’m glad I stumbled upon him. I also may have gone insane a few times without and .k 💕 I don’t know you guys, I miss my dog like crazy, but I’m happy and I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. And also, huge shout out to my friends and fam back home in Texas and Florida and Oklahoma for keeping me confident.
