Singer, actor, writer and dog enthusiast. Available for booking in the Chicago-Milwaukee area
Hannah Ripp-Dieter is a native of Madison, WI (where she currently resides) and holds her degree in acting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Outside of her artistic career Hannah is known for her love of dogs and internet memes. She never met a dog she didn't like (although she has met memes she doesn't like). Within her artistic career she most recently appeared as Quincy/Lisa in Luminous
Theatre's Mr. Burns, a post electric play, in We Invited Ourselves, the debut concert of composers Nicholas Connors and Michael Wysong at The Duplex in NYC, and as Josephine Bloom in Big Fish with Theatre LILA and Four Seasons Theatre. Other recent credits include Held (Fringe NYC); Mary’s Wedding, Pride & Prejudice, The Game of Love and Chance, and Travesties (American Players Theatre, u/s); and Spring Awakening (Undergraduate Theatre Association UW-Madison). Hannah also wrote Housebound, an original one-act musical, with co-writers Meghan Rose and Jake Ripp-Dieter, which she produced and performed in 2014. Hannah has a passion for new works, quirky musical theatre, and plays about strong women accomplishing great things. Because of that, all her favorite past roles will always include anything she has ever played that was originally intended for a man.
