Systema Training tonight at 6pm. 4900 Spring St #202 Mount Pleasant, WI. Message me if you need directions.

Hey Everyone! Just a heads up that we are starting Systema class next week. We are bumping it up a bit and now meeting at 6pm. We will train for an hour, and the last 30 minutes will me breath work training and exercises.

The cost of the training course is $200. $20 per class x 10 classes. You can make checks out to Integrated Heights and that will cover you for the next 5-8 weeks of training depending on how many times you come per week! Hope to see you there!

1. Make contact
2. Begin to break and collapse opponent's structure
3. Transfer your weight and push through them to their point of imbalance. (The point of imbalance is the calculated apex of a triangle based on their two points of support)
