Some nights the light is just right! Reminder, we are open Tuesdays through Saturdays:

-Bar opens at 3pm.
-Happy Hour is 3-6pm in the bar with specials on beer, wine, spritzes & snacks. 😋
-Dinner starts at 5pm in all areas (bar, dining room, sidewalk patio).
-Yes, you can come without reservations!
-If you get here by 10pm, we will serve you a full meal without a timeframe. We stop seating for dinner at 10pm, bar is open till midnight.

This happy hour snack has main character energy, come say hi to this gorgeous Hamachi K**a every day from 3pm to 6pm in the bar while supplies last!

When we take apart the hamachi for the crudo on our regular menu, we save the collars - this beautiful, meaty, neck piece - and when we collect enough we love this traditional Japanese-style delicacy. We roast these up classic in the wood-fired oven with a ton of tare and more for dipping, topped with fresh & crispy alliums. Juicy, flavorful, nice crispy skin, sort of a pain in the butt to eat since you gotta dig in there (let's be real) but get messy and you will be rewarded!

We are always so excited when newer kitchen team members bring ideas to the table, and the chefs can provide support and direction to bring those ideas to fruition. Kyra has worked here just over a year, and quickly became a rockstar in the kitchen and is literally just the best. WE LOVE KYRA, COME EAT STEAK!
