En nuestra última sesión de Cosas Lash con Ana hablamos de soltar el estrés sin quedarnos atrapados en él. En lugar de rumiar, elegimos actuar: hacer algo que nos eleve, practicar la paciencia y mantener la calma. También conversamos sobre cómo mantener el optimismo cuando chocamos con personas que no saben regular sus emociones. No todos saben comunicarse o resolver conflictos, pero ahí es donde crecemos: guiando con conciencia, empatía y serenidad, sin caer en el pesimismo. Lo importante es elegir paciencia, conciencia y calma.
