Big love to and the Voices from the Animal Kingdom team for bringing this incredible performance art infestation to our space, along with the team for bringing their free grocery store, our crew for working hard to filming everything to make a live nature documentary, and everyone who came through. This was a night to remember, when the animals took over and let themselves be heard. Also happy birthday Anja!!!! 🎉🐦💚

Side note: my dad and I used to listen to Bob Uecker all the time on the radio, and even when we watched on television he would turn down the tv volume and we would listen to Bob call the game. ⚾️ 💙💛

43rd+Vliet returns this Friday, March 27, which means Washington Park Media Center, Denizen MKE, Artists Working in Education, Inc. and JazzyRae' Jewels & Accessories will be open from 6-10pm for your enjoyment. Here at the Media Center, Wes Tank and Friends will host a sensory experience called Beats and Bytes, featuring tastings from Chef Yusuf Bin-Rella paired with tunes from delectable DJs Katie Rose and . We will also feature our awesome Alderwoman in conversation with community change agent Radaya Ellis of . The incredible Sauce Milwaukee will supply free groceries and snacks, and finally will be serving up bodacious botanical blends. Hope to see you this Friday!!! 🤗❤️‍🔥
