I slept 16 hours yesterday, one of my main investors grabbed me from the kitchen after I passed out and helped take care of me, my team hustled and one of my friends dropped off dinner for me and I cuddled my army of cats and even more than usual. I have a long way to go but onwards and upwards. Being a community space isn’t perfect and being a boss can be incredibly lonely but I’m also just going to continue to try my best and keep going while maintaining my health, there’s no Midwest Sad without Sam. See you guys this week! Don’t worry I’m not doing my usual 5 doubles/triples in a row; ness or Jim wouldn’t let me anyways. ❤️

I’m okay, just a very bruised ego and butt. Burn out is a hell of a drug y’all. ❤️ I’m about to go back to bed and hopefully wake up feeling a little less defeated. I know the haters are gonna come for me, but that’s okay! I’m alive and figuring it out, one day at a time.

Every single offering in our cases is made exclusively for our cafes— you cannot get these anywhere else in Milwaukee, not even at the Midwest Sad storefront. By keeping our menus completely separate, we are giving you the perfect excuse to visit both spaces to get the full experience of the magic they create on a daily basis!

Our cases are locked, loaded and delivered fresh daily. (Hot tip from the baristas at the Workshops: The Chai Blondies and the Pesto Monkey Bread are life-altering. Just try them and thank us later.)
