Today we are serving an early Thanksgiving luncheon for all of our employees. We are thankful for the wonderful individuals at Able Living LLC. We won't be here without all of our amazing and hardworking staff. We wish everyone a wonderful season filled with warmth and happiness throughout the holidays! Part-time or side job opportunity in the Milwaukee, WI area. Optional transition to full-time available after hire.

Qualifications:
1. Current licensure as a registered nurse
2. Training and experience in the provision of personal care services or in a related program.
3. At least one year of supervisory or administrative experience in personal care services or in a related program.

Duties:
1. Assess and evaluate the need for services according to the standards of practice and make referrals to other services as appropriate.
2. Documentation of assessment and evaluation, attesting to its accuracy and truthfulness.
3. Secure written orders from the client's physician and renewed as required.
4. Develop a plan of care for the client and review the plan at least every 60 days and update as necessary.
5. Promptly notify client's physician or other appropriate medical personnel and legal representative of any significant changes observed or reported in the client's condition.
6. Develop appropriate time and service reporting mechanisms for personal care workers and instruct the workers on their use.
7. Provide personal care worker with written instructions about the services to be performed and arrange for an appropriate person to demonstrate to the personal care worker how to perform the services.
8. Evaluate the competency of the personal care worker to perform the services.
