Our IDEAL candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Successfully finding accounts and companies looking for candidates
Identifying the right candidates for each position
Screening and interviewing the candidates to make sure they are a good fit
Understanding how to best manage time
Ambition to seek out and utilize various recruiting sources and thinking outside the box
Maintaining relationships with current accounts
Manufacturing experience/knowledge helpful, but not required
