I’ve been waiting on the day that I saw my face in one of my daughters! It took almost 15 years but starting to look like her Momma!!!

If your 12 year old daughter don’t hype you like this, I feel bad for you! I love you Gabbi. I feel like I should have responded to her text like a young and cool mom.

So much of who I am as a teacher, coach, student, leader is due to the amazing minister that I have the honor of calling husband. He has taught me so much about love, deliverance, grace, restoration, and authentic change through his accomplishments and his mistakes. For the next 6 weeks, Wes is teaching a series during Wednesday night bible study at our church starting at 7:30pm. The class is called Growth Track 2.0 and it is intended to help every one who attends GROW! If you have ever attended a session, listened to our podcast, experienced him speak during a session, on the radio, Praise the Lord or any place else m...then you already knows what to expect. Wes is real, candid, anointed, funny, well studied and ALWAYS leaves something with you that literally changes the way you look at yourself, others, and how and you show up in the world! Even if you don't go to our or a church...do me the enormous blessing and yourself the enormous blessing of attending this class. It's. It a church class. It's a LIFE CLASS!!! As Mark Twain said, the two best days of a persons life are the day they're born and the day they figure out why. This class is about the "why"....not just your why but the why's of those around you. The most successful people in the world don't just have an understanding of their. Reds and how they communicate; they make a point of understanding how those unlike them show up in the world. So I said all that to say....Be there! Bring others! SHARE! COME! SUPPORT! SHARE!

God is working in your life right now. You may not feel it. You may not see it. But God is always at work. Choose to believe it.

Sometimes God is adding to your life, and other times He's removing. The adding might feel more gratifying, but the subtraction is just as important to the equation of faith.

Many of life's problems could be solved with an honest conversation. Two people sharing from an honest and open place can perform miracles. Two people expressing their ideas, thoughts and beliefs openly in an environment of understanding can end wars.

Then why don't we have those open honest face to face discussions? Why do we hide behind text, emails and phone calls? Why aren't we willing to do whatever it takes to have that open honest face to face dialogue whenever possible?

Shame? Fear? Hurt?

Could these be the reasons? Don't let these reasons ruin good relationships. Don't let these reasons stop you from forgiving. Don't let these reasons block your blessings.

Yes the conversation may be difficult to have. Living with the regrets of not having it are even more difficult!!!
