Take control of your future with WRTP / BIG STEP’s She Drives the Future program! 🚛

This female-only ELCS and CDL Class A training provides credentials and hands-on experience that connect women to careers in commercial driving and construction.

Requirements include:
🟡 Attending one information session, on either September 9 or 23 at 2 PM
🟡 Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one
🟡 High school diploma, GED, or HSED
🟡 CDL permit or ability to obtain one
🟡 Good driving record

Class schedule:
📅 October 5, 2026 – January 1, 2027 | Monday – Friday

We’re excited to share that WRTP / BIG STEP has been awarded a nearly $1.3 million YouthBuild grant from the U.S. Department of Labor!

In partnership with Literacy Services of Wisconsin and Revitalize Milwaukee, we’ll help 66 youth ages 18-24 earn their HSED, learn hands-on skills for residential and highway construction, earn industry credentials, and start their careers in the trades.
