Another annual AWT ( https://www.awt.org/ ) Convention and Expo is in the books. This one was in Palm Springs. Warm and toasty. It was great seeing everyone. Looking forward to Louisville next year!

We have to apologize...we finally did "it". Yes, we added an Auto Attendant to our phone system. Answering those Robo-spam calls was exhausting. But we're Lakewood, so there's gonna be a twist.

During regular business hours (7:30 AM to 5 PM CST), you'll have to select where you want your inquiry to go ("6" for Orders, "8" for tech support or "9" for "other"), but you'll STILL get a DIRECT connection to a LIVE human being right here in the good ol' USA. They'll be ready to help you, answering the phone as fast as it rings through. No "Automatic forward" to a voicemail box.

Which brings up another "Standard practice" to consider when using Lakewood Instruments equipment in the field. Since we don't "Hide at our desk", letting a ringing phone go to voicemail, you CAN and SHOULD call us while you are on the site in front of the controller or system. We will help you resolve your concern RIGHT then and there. Don't leave the site because you've been trained by our competitors to expect "Call you back later or tomorrow" for a support call.

Seriously...call us while you're there.
