Getting a leaky radiator replaced for one of our good customers.

It’s been a bit of a project getting all the emissions equipment back on and working properly, this unit is finally ready to go back to work.

In the process of installing emissions equipment back on a unit that was deleted very poorly, the truck never ran right after the work was performed. The DPF and DOC were hollowed out and the SCR was cut open and hollowed out then poorly welded back together. Luckily we were able to find a good used system to put back on the truck. Next we will have to see what was done to the EGR so it can be reversed and then have it programmed back to factory settings. Not only is deleting your truck illegal, if it’s not done correctly you will have a lot of problems.
