We proudly recognize and honor the dedicated officers of the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department. For over a century, they have relied on Harley-Davidson motorcycles to ensure the safety and security of our nation's capital.
Today, the MPD's Motorcycle Unit features the Harley-Davidson FLHTP, a model celebrated for its reliability and performance. These motorcycles play a vital role in escorting the President, Vice President, and foreign dignitaries during significant events throughout Washington, D.C.
Harley-Davidson shares a deep commitment to service and tradition, and we extend our heartfelt gratitude to these officers who ride with honor and distinction, safeguarding our communities.

The newest exhibit at the Harley-Davidson Museum, "Ezy Ryders: History & Tradition, Heart & Soul," is a celebration of life on two wheels. Diving into the vibrant world of New York City riders, the story is told through powerful images and interviews from a book developed over the course of five years by author and photographer Cate Dingley.
