An environment to thrive with room to roam. We recently partnered with Thrivent and Land By Label to brand a new kind of community with massive scope — where 600 acres of green space, residential, retail, and business coexist in harmony to grow with Appleton, Wisconsin.

Inspired by the wild lands that surround the site, we called it Wilden — a name that infuses the natural landscape and evokes the bold development vision. “Portfolio Park” subtly speaks to the ambitious curation of concepts, Appleton’s legacy in paper production, and Thrivent’s dynamic investment in cultivating the area over time.

Designing for an active ecosystem that evolves, our work included naming, brand identity, signage direction, website design, and tone-of-voice development to set the stage for what will become a gateway destination for the Fox Cities.

This is what it looks like when future-forward community building meets story-driven design.
