Join us for our first Trattoria Pop-Up at Birch on Wednesday, March 25.

For one night only, there will be a little more olive oil flowing than usual. Think salumi, crudo, crostini, and pasta—the kinds of plates that work best when there are a few things on the table at once.

We’ll also be opening a lineup of wines we’ve been wanting to pour—some classics, some a little less obvious—available by the glass and bottle.

Come hungry. Bring a friend or two.
