Dufek Realty represented the buyer in two recent commercial property sales. The former Louise's restaurant at 275 Regency Ct., a 18,011 sq. ft. building on 1.51 acres, was listed by Founders3 real estate services and sold by Dufek Realty to 275 Regency Ct. LLC for $900,000.00. A 15,156 sq. ft. strip center on 3.42 acres located 111 W. Ryan Rd. in Oak Creek was sold by Giuffre XXV, LLC for $1,380,000.00 to 111 Ryan Rd LLC. The property was listed by Cushman and Wakefield Boerke and sold by Dufek Realty. Both properties were sold to real estate entities controlled by Experience Brothers Properties who own Georgie Porgie’s and Grass Roots. Read more at

Dufek Realty helped broker the sale of the former Black Rose Irish Pub/Schmidt's Monster Pizza building at 2850-2862 N. Oakland Ave in Milwaukee. Dufek Realty LLC has just announced the sale of a 7,660 sq. ft. flex building on a one acre lot, located at 4055-4057 N. 128th Street in Brookfield, WI. It was sold to AM Touch USA, Inc. for $575,000. The sale was co-brokered by Dufek Realty and RFP Commercial, Inc. The buyer, AM Touch is a developer of touch screens, whose customers include Rockwell Automation and Mortara Instruments.

Dufek Realty LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a 206,200 sq. ft. industrial building, located at 4041 N. Richards Street in Milwaukee. The building was formerly owned by Stag II Glendale LLC., and sold to an affiliate of Phoenix Investors LLC for $1.45 million. The sale was co-brokered by Robert Dufek of Dufek Realty, and Jim Larkin of Colliers. The buyer, Phoenix Investors LLC, plans to continue to redevelop the property, finding tenants for the building’s industrial portions. This is the third building purchased by Phoenix, totaling 750,000 sq. ft., brokered by Dufek in the past two years.
