That is why we intentionally give children age-appropriate responsibilities throughout the day.

When children help wipe a table, put materials away, clean up after an activity, or care for their classroom, they are learning:

I can take care of my things.
I can help others.
I can finish a job.
I am an important part of my classroom community.

These may seem like small tasks, but they are building habits that children can carry into home, school, and everyday life.

This is one of the ways we bring our Five Pillars to life through I Can Do It — Independence & Responsibility.

We aren’t doing everything for our children. We are giving them safe opportunities to discover just how much they are capable of doing for themselves. 💚

Join us for our Under the Sea Sensory Play Journey, where children will explore exciting hands-on stations, complete special ocean missions, and help their sea-creature friends!

Little explorers will:

🪸 Find colorful coral and rebuild the reef
🧊 Melt the ice during the Frozen Reef Rescue
🐢 Help the sea turtles cross the waves
💎 Find Octopus Ollie’s eight missing treasures
