After nearly two years of litigation, the State did the right thing today and dismissed a case against our client who was allegedly driving under the influence of his mental health medication. Perhaps the State Trooper involved will learn to work on his bedside manner.

ANOTHER not guilty for Nettie on a first degree intentional homicide case!

Today Nettie got to see her client out of custody for the first time since January. After a week long trial, the jury not only found her client not guilty of first degree intentional homicide, but also all three lesser included offenses, avoiding life in prison. Nettie’s client got his life back, thanks to her tireless advocacy.
