✨ Signing Items: Bring books, art, or merch you want signed. Have a special pen/marker? Bring that too!
✨ Items to Trade: friendship bracelets, book marks, ribbons, stickers, and more!
✨ Comfortable Shoes: You’ll be on your feet a lot, so choose comfort!
✨ Blind Date with a Book: Bring a wrapped book to trade at our Blind Date with a Book session on Friday!
✨ Positive Vibes: Bring your enthusiasm and make the most of Romance Con!

Let’s get you prepared for the Romance Con Signing Hall! Here’s what you need to know:

Join the Queue
1. The Signing Hall will open at 2 PM on Friday and Saturday. Premium Pass holders will have a priority queue to enter the signing hall first.

2. Visit authors to join their queues and get their signatures. Join one line at a time, or pick up ticket for as many authors as you’d like.

3. When a queue fills up, we will begin to issue tickets. Each ticket will have an assigned number so you will know when to return.

Once You Have an Author Ticket:
1. We will welcome people back in number groups. Groups will be announced over the PA system, and on our website.

2. Once your number has been called, you may return at any time for your signing.

3. If we don’t make it to your number on Friday, we will pick up where we left on on Saturday. You don’t need a new author ticket.

Please note: Some authors may decide to limit the number of of items that can be signed per ticket. Limits will be made available prior to the event so you can plan accordingly. Having an author ticket does not guarantee you a signing. We’ll do our very best to help authors get through all their tickets but we cannot guarantee that we will make it to everyone.

HEY BOOK LOVERS!! It’s almost that time!!! Here is some helpful info for this weekend...

Getting There:
- Baird Center, South Building (400 W Wisconsin Ave, Milwaukee, WI)
- Enter via the Main Rotunda at Wisconsin + Phillips

Parking:
- Hyatt Regency Milwaukee are connected via skywalk, both with parking garages.
- Check other parking options using the SpotHero link in our bio

Security:
- Everyone will pass through a brief security checkpoint when entering.
- Plan a little extra time for security checks when entering the Baird Center.

More Info:
- Nursing pod + sensory kits will be available through the Baird Center
- Bring layers for chilly convention centers and hotels
