Very active but also you can choose to sit or lay down whenever, and we’ll end with seated breathwork. So kirtan afterward for those who’d like to stay: sing chant or nap or cuddle puddle? Wonderful first regular SOMA Breath rave this past Saturday at my favorite indoor location ever Pink House Studio! Incredible group. Strong energy, co-creating, moving emotions, supportive, building SOMA Breath tribe and community in general. Super grateful to all who came out, thankyou KARTHIK for HEAVENLY samosas and jamun balls... Thankyou RYAN STANFA for offering massage throughout the event - I mean, can this get better?!
