Restoration Systems Inc. was proud to be part of preserving one of Milwaukee’s historic gems — the Wisconsin Tower, an art deco landmark and the city’s second tallest stone-faced building.

In Spring 2024, we completed 35,000 sq ft of exterior envelope repairs in just 20 days, utilizing a 250-foot aerial platform with a 128-foot outreach to safely access and restore the structure.

Assembling Milwaukee's Christmas tree, 1935. From the Lyle Oberwise negative collection. For years Milwaukee would erect a sixty-foot-high Christmas “tree” on the Court of Honor on W. Wisconsin Avenue. The "tree" consisted of a pole with pine branches harvested from hundreds of live trees. In this photograph you can see the scaffolding that was built to install the branches on the pole.
