TMJ4 connects local hatmaker to warming shelter, over 100 hats donated Steven Arenzon saw TMJ4's story on how warming shelters kept the unhoused out of frigid Wisconsin weather. He decided to reach out and see how he could help keep vulnerable Milwaukeeans warm.
