No weddings this weekend, as we celebrated our oldest son’s graduation from high school yesterday. While we love helping couples celebrate getting married, this was a momentous occasion we could not miss!

That being said, we couldn’t pass up setting up our digital Photo Booth at his party to capture fun moments with our guests… and we played all of his favorite music (mostly Twenty One Pilots, Imagine Dragons, Red Hot Chili Peppers…and Sabrina Carpenter!) as we celebrated with family and friends. The perks of having a DJ for a dad!

Some wedding venues are worth the drive, and Whistling Straits was absolutely one of them.

This past Saturday marked our first time at Whistling Straits in Sheboygan as we celebrated Megan & Joey’s wedding day. From overlooking one of Wisconsin’s most iconic golf destinations to sharing in an unforgettable celebration with their family and friends, it was a day to remember.

We provided audio for their ceremony, custom-curated playlists for cocktail hour and dinner, and kept the energy flowing all night long with a dance floor tailored specifically to Megan & Joey and their guests. The result was a packed floor, great memories, and an incredible atmosphere from start to finish.

The energy never let up at Kayla & Noah’s wedding at Fete in Wales this past Saturday! We were honored to provide audio for their ceremony and reception, purple uplighting to complement the room, and our Memory Book Photo Booth so guests could share photos and messages with the newlyweds.

When it was time to dance, the floor stayed packed from start to finish. Friends and family kept the party going all night long, and the celebration didn’t slow down until the lights came up at the end of the evening.

This past Sunday’s wedding with Jen & Charlie at the Schlitz Audubon Nature Center in Milwaukee was one for the books! We provided audio for their outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour before moving inside for dinner, dancing, and a packed dance floor fueled entirely by requests all night long.

To top it off, our amber uplighting created the perfect warm glow to an already incredible atmosphere. Huge thanks to Jen & Charlie for letting us be part of such a fun celebration!

What a fun night celebrating Lien & Paul at Twelve29 in Lannon earlier this month! We provided multiple sound setups to make sure every part of the day — from the ceremony to the dance floor — sounded seamless from start to finish.

One of our favorite parts of the night was mixing in a full slate of requests, including some Vietnamese favorites that kept the dance floor packed and made the celebration feel uniquely theirs. Nights like this are always a reminder that the best weddings reflect the people at the center of them.

We recently got to kick off the month of May by celebrating Melissa & Tyler’s marriage at Boxed and Burlap in Delavan!

It was an honor getting to help guide the whole evening - from their cocktail hour and dinner to firing up the dance floor and then winding it down for the couple’s private last dance. Plus, our soft white LED room lighting added a great ambiance to the venue in the later hours.

Congratulations to Casey & Jake who recently tied the knot at Boerner Botanical Gardens in Hales Corners! We ensured full audio coverage for the big day by providing multiple speaker setups to underscore the ceremony and dinner in the venue’s atrium, and then set the mood for cocktails and fire up the dance floor in the venue’s garden room.

It was a great party that took some crafty mixing between lots of different requested genres - country, pop, hard rock, hip/hop, ska/punk, and a little disco. Thanks to Casey & Jake for including us in all the fun, and best wishes!

It’s a special honor when someone who works at a venue (and sees countless DJs over the years) hires you to do their wedding… So, it was humbling to be chosen to lead the celebration for Jonny & Michelle, who got to step out from behind the bar at Terrace 167 and be the centerpiece of the party!

From cocktails and dinner to their first dance under the chandeliers and a raging dance floor, this crowd brought the energy! It was a blast to DJ and MC from start to finish, and it was great to team up again with Mark & Danny from R & R Photographic Imaging who captured every big moment throughout the night.
