As we enter the holiday season, we want to wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving!

One of the questions we get asked often is - what is the story behind the man with the umbrella?

This idea of the man with the umbrella was inspired by a study about human behavior.

One of the concepts that jumped out at us was that people are unlikely to see something if you put it above their head.

It’s simple to see what is right in front of you, or what you are focusing on – but it takes extra attention to detail to look where others may not.

From then on, we determined to look where others didn’t, see what others might have missed, and create opportunities where there were none before.

September is a very special month for us at Topside Design.

It’s our Anniversary month!

This year, we are celebrating 16 years of creating inspired solutions in print and digital media.

We are so thankful that we have been able to do what we love for all these years – and are still going strong!

As we look to the future, we are excited to make this a great year by continuing to find inspiration all around us!

A big congratulations to one of our clients, The Joint Chiropractic of Mequon, who opened their doors last week!

As the owner planned how to get the word out, he turned to Topside Design to create a direct mail piece.

The mailer would announce their grand opening on September 9th, drive participation in their free text campaign, and raise awareness about their support for Camp Hometown Heroes - an organization that provides hope and healing to children of fallen U.S. service members.

For every new participant in the program, The Joint Chiropractic, is donating to the Camp Hometown Heroes summer camp program.

Our objective was to put together a personalized and eye-catching mailer that was clean, easy to read and carried the branding through.

The Topside Design team was thrilled to be a part of the Pewaukee Area Arts Council Art and Garden Tour this summer.

We are so inspired by local artists and take any opportunity we can to support their initiatives. This event was a huge success, raising funds to benefit Lake Country arts and fund several art scholarships.

Attendees were able to enjoy a Melinda Myers meet and greet, guided crafts, nature photography, a 5-garden tour, and much more!

As a sponsor, we provided graphic design services to create the print material, as well as volunteered during the event itself.

Look for the event to return in the summer of 2022!
