If you truly are serious about playing baseball at the next level, it might be time to cut some things out of your schedule.
Travel ball combined with football workouts, football practices and trying to gain velo might feel like you’re doing more — but if it’s not managed properly, it’s holding you back.
Train with a purpose. Prioritize what matters.

You could have the best program in the world, but it doesn’t mean anything if you aren’t consistent with it.
Stay consistent within your training, even when you don’t feel like it.

Which one are you choosing?

Most athletes don’t need some fancy exercises or drills. Stick to the basics and you will see results!

Many athletes train hard.
Very few recover well.
Do what others aren’t willing to do💪

DO THESE 3 THINGS:
1. Sprint
2. Jump
3. Lift (basic movement patterns)
