Chili Garlic Butter Chicken Wings For wings 2 pounds chicken wings or drumsticks (make cuts in the chicken ) 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp white or black pepper 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp cornflour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp oil Coat the drumsticks Air fry at 399°F for 25 minutes Turn over after 15 minutes Chili garlic butter sauce : 1. Heat 1 tbsp butter 2. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic 3. Stir and cook for few seconds 4. Add 1 -2 teaspoon red chilli flakes 5. Stir quickly 6. Add half cup sweet chilli garlic sauce 7. 1 tbsp honey (optional) 8. Half cup chopped coriander /cilantro 9. Stir for few seconds 10.
