TONIGHT! Im in Kenosha at doing an intimate dumpling class in this super cute space. We will roll dumplings together and feast and all make some new friends tonight 🥟🍸✨

Some of you know about our monthly dumpling classes in Milwaukee…but this coming Tuesday we will be hosting an intimate dumpling classes with dinner and drinks in Kenosha at . $125 gets you a full class on dough making, dumpling filling and pleating, and a feast where you get to share dumplings you’ve made that night as well as plenty of dumplings to take home and stash away for future snacks. Limited tickets available

We’re taking our show on the road and working with They are going to host us in their super cute teaching kitchen space right on the lake in Kenosha next Tuesday the 24th. Learn to roll and pleat handmade dumpling dough and feast on your creations with some additional snacks made by us. Limited tickets available!

We loved having a restaurant full of laughter, dancing, and dumplings.
As per usual, we were too busy slinging in the kitchen to get many photos… but we can’t wait to see what 2026 brings. 🪩💃🥟

NYE… we are taking over The Wolf and presenting a 6 course medium fancy tasting menu including some dishes that aren’t just dumplings. Anyone else really pumped for Thai fried chicken, ube tiramasu, and of course… dumplings?!??
