Installed and ready for use! The custom metal fabrication experts at 3Up Metal Works created and put in multiple sets of new stairs and landings at an industrial facility in Menomonee Falls. A local property management firm acquired the building, and smartly decided to upgrade the old infrastructure in place (photos shared two weeks ago). The new additions are stable, safe and ready to last a long, long time.

These are the replacements being created by the custom metal fabrication experts at 3Up Metal Works, in process and in the final stages. Next step: installation!

We're thrilled to announce that our company President, Jason Young, has joined the board of directors of the WASA - Wisconsin Adaptive Sports Association, the state’s leading organization using adaptive sport, recreation and fitness to improve the quality of life for individuals with physical or visual impairments.

He's excited to use this role to promote awareness of the many children and adults who face these challenges, and find fulfillment through WASA’s support of transforming sports activities. What a day supporting the Veteran Alliance and Taskforce Uplift at the amazing Irish Course at Whistling Straits & Blackwolf Run in Kohler. Just playing some golf, hanging out with an Olympian (Emily Oberst) ... normal Mondays!!!!!

A local property management firm recently acquired a facility in Menomonee Falls, and smartly decided to upgrade these rusty, deteriorated steps at the new location. Next week you'll see the replacements being created by the custom metal fabrication craftsmen at 3Up Metal Works ... and before long, the wholesale transformation of installation!

Once again, the Field of Flags waved quietly, solemnly this Memorial Day weekend at the War Memorial Center. Every Wisconsin service member killed in action - from the Civil War to now - is represented. The flags will remain through Wednesday. Their display is a powerful, moving testimony that needs no words.

3Up Metal Works will be closed Monday in observance of Memorial Day. Please take a moment Monday to thank all who served ... especially to the very end.
