As entrepreneurs and heads of corporations our task can feel overwhelming, like not enough time to complete everything in addition to never ending interruptions. Notwithstanding getting good coaching guidance for those self sabotaging thoughts, how do we get more relaxed, complete task and even have time for those sometimes important interruptions? Welll, what helps me is knowing what my main task is as the CEO of my business. Think about what is the main task of a CEO? What does a CEO think about? From this birds eye view, I then begin to write down my aligned main action task, then group them into similar task, eg, phone calls, meetings, replying and sending emails, looking over projects, going over acctng, future planning, delegating and .... Once you began this exercise, what will become apparent is that there is only a few actions needed to operate a well run business, even when it's just you as a solo or mom-preneur.
