Let me get all the people who do the same thing together, because the city needs MORE WELLNESS AND UNITY.

When I see 2 breath work facilitators, I see an abundance of healing opportunities. Same for yoga instructors, juice makers, aroma therapists etc.....

If 2 wellness providers decide to compete, they separate and disperse those opportunities and then people feel like they have to choose!

Imagine if those 2 facilitators worked together? Collaborations, I see panels, I see vendor opportunities being shared and I see our people, as a village, benefiting even more.

Each person has their own supporters who have enough support for the other one.

One thing that gets me is I often feel like I'm the only one who understands this. I'm ready for the wellness community to put more in the POT.

Understand, if you put something in the POT, you are a conduit for resources and you will overflow with opportunities! Enough for yourself and enough to pass around!

Look at the community like your children! Don't fight over custody and don't evade responsibility or try to wait for grandma to chip in!

Every other business owner, and wellness professional is your brother/sister! No one should be taken advantage of! We should both be fighting to protect the other!

Understand that means you must be accountable for your role as a business owner, because if don't do your best, you put yourself in survival mode and your partnerships take a hit!

We all fall short and that's why communication is key! It seems like when you keep it a buck, you can get assistance and you get the answers you need.

Most of us been taught wrong, but that's no longer a viable excuse.
