A local family in our community is in need of a wheelchair-accessible ramp, and this is our opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

On Saturday, June 13th at 8:00 AM, we’ll meet at Refuge Church and then follow Pastor to the project location. All materials will be provided, we just need willing hearts and helping hands!

Whether you’re skilled with tools or simply willing to serve, there is a place for you. A few hours of your time can make a life-changing difference for a family in need.

On June 28th at 5:00 PM, we’re gathering for a night of food, connection, and real brotherhood. This isn’t just another meal, it’s a chance to slow down, share a table, and build stronger relationships with the men around you.

The church will be providing the food, which will be a spaghetti dinner, and drinks, and we’re asking each man to bring a side or dessert to share. Come hungry, come ready to connect, and come as you are.

Whether you’ve been around for years or you’re brand new, there’s a seat at the table for you.

Can I be honest for a minute?

Some of the sweetest moments we experience at Refuge Church happen on Wednesday nights.

There is something special about setting aside the middle of a busy week to gather with the family of God, worship together, study His Word, and spend time in His presence.

Wednesday nights are different.

They’re more intimate.
More personal.
More focused.

There is room to ask questions, room to grow, room to be encouraged, and room to go deeper in your walk with Christ.

And yet so many people are missing out.

Not because they don’t love God.
Not because they don’t care.

Life gets busy. Schedules fill up. Fatigue sets in.

But what if the very thing your spirit needs is found in the place you’ve been too busy to get to?

What if your breakthrough is on the other side of your faithfulness?

What if God is calling you deeper, but you keep postponing the invitation?

Church was never meant to be a once a week encounter.

We need His presence.
We need His Word.
We need one another.

If you haven’t been to a Wednesday night in a while, consider this your invitation.

Come join us this week at 7pm.

Not because we need a bigger crowd.

Because we want you to experience everything God has for you.

We can make all the nice and well worded posts, we can have all the fun events, we can do all the things; but none of it matters if you aren’t here and letting God change your heart.

What is your heart posture this morning?

Are you just coming here to check a box for the week? Or are you coming here because your heart desires to be closer to the King, and to be Discipled?

I implore you today, spend a few minutes alone with Yahweh this morning and ask Him to set your heart posture to “receiving mode” this morning. And see if God doesn’t do something huge this morning!!!!

It’s time for a heart change!!!!

Have you ever felt that tug in your spirit that says, “There has to be more”?

More than just going through the motions.
More than simply attending church.
More than living from one week to the next.

The truth is, you were made for more.

More of His presence.
More of His power.
More intimacy with Jesus.
More of His purpose for your life.

Too many people settle for a touch from God when He is inviting them into a relationship. Too many settle for enough when God is calling them deeper.

This morning, come expecting.

Not because of a preacher.
Not because of a song.
Not because of a program.

Come expecting because Jesus is here.

He is still saving.
Still healing.
Still delivering.
Still filling hungry hearts with His Spirit.

You were not created to live a mediocre Christian life. You were made for more.

Pentecost Sunday is here and we cannot help but feel stirred up thinking about what happened in that upper room.

They were not gathered for a performance.
They were not gathered for religion.
They were hungry for God and desperate for His presence.

And when the Holy Spirit came, everything changed.

We believe now more than ever that the Church does not need another routine service. We need the fire of God. We need the presence of the Holy Spirit. We need hearts awakened again.

The same Spirit that filled that upper room is still moving today. Still healing. Still saving. Still delivering. Still calling people deeper.

So tomorrow, do not just come to church casually.
Come expecting.
Come hungry.
Come ready.

Because one moment in His presence can change everything.
