We ended up having to replace the top cord of the trusses across the whole front side.
Then a layer of peel and stick underlayment before 1/4 lathe and metal.

Prepping a recent purchase for rental.

Build front and back deck
Install double vanity
Install whirlpool bath tub

More to come on this project with rot repairs in the soffit and eaves, then peel and stick for a new metal roof all around.
