passionate and skilled Sous Chef
to support our kitchen operations. Prior experience as a Sous Chef or a strong background in professional kitchens.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
efficiently.

Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively with the team.

Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.

Comfortable working with meats and diverse ingredients.

Diwali in winters, brings us to make our delish Gajar Halwa. Made with organic carrots, unrefined sugar, ghee, Mawa, saffron, pistachio, raisins, cashews and almonds, this one will take you straight to your childhood memories. Simmered and cooked over a long time, this one is a Diwali and winter speciality.

So our celebration square cake now combines the best of both of these components. Our cake layers are now ultra thin and made with a light Korean sponge and filled with pastry cream/ lime curd/ whipping cream and fresh fruits. There is never a dull moment with our assorted mini cupcakes. Perfectly bite sized and nut free with flavors like passion fruit, pink lemonade, espresso, mango cream, chili lime to name a few. Our Winter Mithai Box is here. What is Mithai? Mithai are mini decadent gluten free bites made with milk, nuts and different flavoring such as fruit purées, spices etc. Our Mithai box is actually a fusion dessert box containing bites of Mango Saffron Barfi, Besan Barfi ( chickpea flour fudge), salted caramel peda and rose Barfi.
