I love teaching the simple truth that you can use the animal part of your face (your nose and mouth, tge stuff we had 65 million years ago when the dinosaurs died out and we were just little mammals scurrying along the forest floor, our old senses - they bypass our frontal lobe and go straight to our body) as a shortcut to dig deep into place, we’re made to do it ... use them all the time , in everything you do , they have so much to give you, so much pleasure:) 📷
