Hi, I’m Nicole! My Pilates teaching story started in the heart of Manhattan, where I fell in love with the powerful, strengthening style that New York studios are known for. After a few seasons of teaching in the city, I went to Scottsdale, where classical Pilates pulled me in with the kind of foundational work that makes your body feel strong for the long haul.
I also completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, which added a layer of breath, length, and mindfulness to everything I teach. So my classes are a little bit of all the good stuff: the strength of the contemporary style, the timeless foundation of classical Pilates, and the grounding magic of yoga.
I bring big positive vibes to the reformer and welcome students of every level. Whether you’re brand new or looking to complement an existing training routine, my goal is to help you feel stronger, longer, and more connected to your body and mind. Come move with me!
