Danville Development Corporation has been providing high quality, affordable HUD housing to senior citizens and people with disabilities since 1979. Today, we currently manage 24 residential properties, with direct placement services at 12 locations in Salt Lake City, Ogden, Kaysville, Brigham City, South Salt Lake, Tooele, Providence, and Green River, Wyoming.

Our corporate offices are located in Midvale, Utah, which also houses sister-companies, Danville Services Corporation and Danville Support Services. Danville also works closely with partner agencies to find homes for the chronically homeless and people with mental illness.

Danville’s unique customer-focused management approach assures the highest quality of service to our applicants and residents. It takes time and patience to navigate all of HUD’s rules and regulations, to find a new apartment, then qualify, apply, and finally wait for the next available opening. All of which makes working with Danville a unique process—we are part property manager, part housing advocate. In both cases, the goal is the same—to find low-income seniors in northern Utah the affordable housing they need to succeed.
