Oh hey we've been busy the last couple of months so posting is down but here's a pergola we have recently completed for a repeat client

Rough in is done on our downtown. We wanted to shout our plumbers Kris and Drew at . They helped us out with installing a new laundry box and drain line on this project. Would highly recommend them. If you are looking for a plumber, give them a shout.

New hats have come in. This old one has seen 3 years of long hard work time to rotate in some new ones. Thank you to for getting us taken care of with new shirts and hats.

So here what we have been up to for the last couple of days

Tuesday, a landlord calls asking if we can frame a partition wall in his rental because he was worried about the noise between the two units in his duplex and he has tenants moving in on Saturday and wants to make it happen before then.He says he started but it's just a hair out of what he is comfortable with We say don't worry we can make that happen we are on our way

Wednesday, we frame the wall, add sound deading insulation, move the existing outlet forward, hang dry wall, and tape and mud first and second coats all in about 9 hours

Thursday final skim coat of drywall mud and base board, and it's ready for paint (the landlord will paint tomorrow)

Turnaround was great. The land lord was super happy and very great full. we were able to make it happen on such short notice

Teak and steal table that we just finished up in conjunction with Hampton Builder Brothers
