Had a great time yesterday with our Onaqui herd with one of my greatest friend Joe Perez .He drove here with another friend of mine from California “Robert Flores . Joe and I found the herd and he was amazed to see these beautiful animals in the wide vast open space in our West desert. He will never forget this trip and nor I .

Meet your trainer!
Instructor Gardner is an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor. Originally from Colorado, Gardner's fitness journey began outdoors with hiking and mountain biking, and continued with years of competitive softball.

She has pursued various fitness regimens but has always come back to circuit and weight training. Joining Bootcamp has helped her reach and sustain her fitness peak and has helped her find passion in helping others reach their fitness goals.

Gardner teaches circuit training every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 1730 (5:30pm). Check out a free class at www.bootcampwithjess.com

Pt Johnson has lost over 70 lbs she gets to BC every day 4x a week,she’s 47 years young and stays on a strick diet:quote (I generally stick with 900- 1300 cals a day. I eat alot of vegetables. Cucumbers celery bell peppers. ) unquote. And she eats about 70 grams of protein a day. She’s a Rock star
