Update Sugarhouse Project. Continued Excavation and poured footings. Next is foundation then framing. Ran into some cost overruns already. After excavating we noticed the water table was higher than expected so had to bring in two feet of cobble rock and a foot of 1" gravel. Regardless, the house will be solid.

I'm intrigued with the architecture of Washington DC homes. Although I once lived here and regret sometimes leaving, I am impressed with the homes from Georgetown, NW, Dupont, Logan all the way to the NE side.

Had the privilege to help sale this amazing home in Roy, Utah. My aunt and uncle decided to relocate out of state to pursue a new adventure. Our family wishes you the best, you will be missed. This home is amazing.
