Today, Cam Cummings and his family stopped by Fire Station 3 to personally thank Firefighters Dalton and Elijah for the care they provided after Cam suffered a serious injury involving a golf club strike to the face that resulted in 40 stitches.

Moments like this remind us why we do what we do.

We’re proud of Dalton and Elijah for the professionalism, compassion, and care they showed during a difficult situation for this family. Thank you both for representing Midlothian Fire Department and Station 3 so well.

We’re also thankful Cam is recovering and appreciate the family stopping by to share their gratitude with our crew.
