Class Schedule:
Kids: Mon-Thurs 6:15-7:00
Adult Fundamentals: Mon-Thurs 7:00-7:30
Adult Jiu-Jitsu Class: Mon-Thurs 7:30-8:30
Adult Beginners Class: Fridays 7:00-8:15
No classes tonight. Everyone enjoy the day with family and remember why we celebrate Memorial Day.

Noah will be teaching takedowns tonight in kids classes and coaching wrestling club practice tonight. Let’s have a big turnout.
Due to the weather coming in tonight, we will only have one kids class for everyone from 5:30 to 6:15. Adult open Mat will be 7 to 8 if any of you knuckleheads want to brave the storm.
